Time has a rhythm.
So do you.
For capable people whose days feel full but not whole. Begin each day with one clear intention, move what truly matters, and let the rest wait.
Know what matters today
One honest view of your day.
Not another to-do list. Not a streak to protect. LunarSprints reads your goals, deadlines, energy and commitments, and answers one question calmly.
- I
Must move
The two or three things that genuinely need you today. Not everything that is loud.
- II
Why this?
A plain reason beside every priority, so you can trust it, or override it with a clear mind.
- III
Not today
Permission to let the rest wait. Named, held, and returned to when it fits.
How a sprint moves
One paksha.
One sprint.
Each sprint runs for a lunar fortnight. Shukla Paksha (waxing) flows from Pratipada to Purnima, the full moon. Krishna Paksha (waning) flows from Pratipada to Amavasya, the new moon. Fifteen days, then renewal.
01
Pratipada
Begin with a Sankalpa for the fortnight.
02
Each morning
Know what must move, and what can wait.
03
Each evening

04
Purnima or Amavasya
Review, release, and begin again.
What we hold to
Rhythm before productivity.
Reality over plan.
Sankalpa before schedule.
The paksha as a frame.
Steadiness, not optimisation.
